Waktunya Minum Teh: Closing Moments of MENAPAK Exhibition

TEA TIME: Closing Moments of the MENAPAK Exhibition

What better way to wrap up MENAPAK than with good company, good stories, and a little tea magic?

On Sunday, July 20, we closed Ade Ardhana’s exhibition with TEA TIME — an afternoon workshop that was as flavourful as it was inspiring.

Together with Sofia Gozali, Ade shared behind-the-scenes stories of the inspiration that brought MENAPAK to life. Guests even rolled up their sleeves for a playful still-life workshop, arranging flowers and leaves freshly gathered from Bumi Kinar’s gardens — the very elements that complement Ade’s work and MENAPAK’s values.

Of course, no tea time is complete without treats. Thanks to Padurasa, we indulged in Indonesian snacks paired with herbal teas brewed from blossoms and spices grown right here at Bumi Kinar. A feast for the senses, and a fitting toast to the exhibition.

It was a closing full of laughter, creativity, and connection — the kind of afternoon we’ll carry with us long after the last sip.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Until next time, see you back at Bumi Kinar for more moments to share.
