Meet the Chefs

Agus Hermawan

Agus Hermawan is an acclaimed Indonesian chef and restaurateur, best known as the executive chef at Ron Gastrobar Indonesia, where he blends Indonesian flavors with modern gastronomy. With years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Agus has established himself as a creative force, crafting innovative dishes that celebrate both heritage and contemporary techniques. For more than twenty-five years, he has been dedicated to elevating Indonesian cuisine to international standards.

Joongla

Joongla is a platform founded in 2022 and based in Bandung, West Java, driven by a group of young people passionate about documenting Indonesian gastronomy in a more exciting way—such as exploring the archipelago through fun dining experiences that deliver impactful flavours.

Rama Eka Putra

Rama Eka Putra is an Indonesian chef with over eight years of experience across Western and Asian cuisines, known for his ability to blend time-honoured techniques with modern flair. With a passion for creating balanced, soulful dishes, Rama brings both creativity and precision to the plate—crafting flavours that linger and dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
