On June 2, 2025, we welcome Chef Agus Hermawan, of Michelin-recognized Ron Gastrobar Indonesia, and Terasa Nusantara for The Symposium of Indonesian Epicurean — an immersive exploration of chemical-free, heritage-driven Indonesian gastronomy.

Hosted at our signature Jingga Restaurant, this one-night-only experience transforms traditional ingredients into elevated, modern expressions through expert curation and culinary mastery.
