Kinar Village Eco Farming Experience invites guests to discover a regenerative farming ecosystem nestled within a 23-hectare organic estate connecting Ubud and Tabanan. Developed in collaboration with Udayana University, Kinar Village blends agriculture, hospitality, and education through the Sabicaitala system — an integrated approach where cattle, biogas, earthworms, fish, organic crops, bees, and agrotourism work together in harmony with nature.
Guided through pesticide-free rice fields, herbal gardens, fish ponds, and sustainable farming areas, guests will gain insight into how waste is transformed into resources, creating a balanced and self-sustaining environment. The experience also includes a visit to the citronella distillation process, where essential oils are produced directly from the land, as well as a look into how clean biogas energy powers the village kitchen.
The journey concludes with a farm-to-table lunch prepared using freshly harvested ingredients and cooked over biogas, shared among the peaceful rice fields of Kinar Village alongside local farmers and the surrounding natural landscape.
